1.1 By accessing and using the Nursing Academic Conference Management System ("System"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Terms of Service.
1.2 If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not access or use the System.
1.3 The System reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms of Service at any time, and will notify users through the website or email.
2.1 "System" means the web application for managing nursing academic conferences, including all services provided through the System.
2.2 "User" means any person who accesses the System, whether as an administrator, coordinator, reviewer, participant, or general user.
2.3 "User Account" means an account created by a user to access the System.
2.4 "Personal Information" means any information that can identify a user.
2.5 "Submission" means documents, research papers, or other content submitted by users through the System.
3.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their user accounts, including usernames and passwords.
3.3 Users must immediately notify the System if they discover unauthorized access to their accounts.
3.4 The System reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
3.5 Users must verify their email before using the System in full.
4.1 The System divides users into 6 main roles:
- Administrator (Admin) - Coordinator - Reviewer - Participant (Student) - Participant (Nurse) - General Participant
4.2 Usage rights for each role differ as defined in the System.
4.3 Users must only use rights according to their assigned role and must not attempt to access or use unauthorized rights.
5.1 Users who submit work are responsible for all content and information submitted.
5.2 Submissions must be the user's own work or submitted with permission from the owner.
5.3 Users must pay registration fees according to the rates specified for their selected role.
5.4 Payments must be made within the specified time period.
5.5 The System will verify payment evidence before approving conference participation.
5.6 Refunds will be processed only according to conditions specified in the System.
6.1 Users may not use the System for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good morals.
6.2 Users may not submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
6.3 Users may not submit work that infringes copyright, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.
6.4 Users may not attempt to access the System without authorization or use any method to disrupt System operations.
6.5 Users may not submit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
6.6 Users may not use the System to send spam or unwanted messages.
7.1 The System and all content in the System (except user submissions) are the property of the System or its licensors.
7.2 Users retain ownership of their submissions but grant the System rights to use, display, and publish submissions for conference purposes.
7.3 Users warrant that their submissions do not infringe the rights of others.
8.1 The System will conduct submission reviews according to defined processes.
8.2 Reviewer decisions are final.
8.3 Submitters accept review results and will not dispute decisions.
8.4 The System will notify submitters of review results according to defined processes.
9.1 The System reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
9.2 The System reserves the right to reject participation of users who do not comply with these terms.
9.3 The System may temporarily suspend or cancel services for maintenance without prior notice.
10.1 The System does not guarantee that services will operate continuously or without errors.
10.2 The System is not responsible for any damages arising from System use.
10.3 The System is not responsible for submissions lost or damaged due to force majeure.
10.4 The System is not responsible for decisions or actions of reviewers.
11.1 The System reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms of Service at any time.
11.2 Changes will be announced through the website or email.
11.3 Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand.
12.2 Any disputes must be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes must be submitted to competent courts in Thailand.
